Fiscal Representation for Property Owners:A plus Law SLP is competent to mange all mandatory taxes: (IBI -local Realty Tax-; Property Tax on the dwelling owned in Spain; Personal Income Tax on revenue generated by dwelling). We can provide you with a comprehensive report of all the required payments in order to avoid late charges or unnecessary legal complications. Community Representation:We know that being in two places at once is not always possible. We can legally represent your best interests as a property owner and attend any of your community's meetings and assemblies. As your representatives, we will discuss with you your concerns and opinions beforehand, so that your voice may be heard on all important community issues (i.e. improvement of services, gardens, pools, extraordinary expenses, community costs, etc.). Once concluded, you will receive a complete report and you will be able to consult with us on any of the decisions taken and matters discussed. N.I.E. number application:We can assist you in obtaining the Foreigner Identification Number (N.I.E.) from the Police Authorities.
